When are my residential property taxes due?

Residential property tax bills are due when rendered. Typically, most home loans require that home owners setup an escrow account with their mortgage lender. When your mortgage lender receives your monthly mortgage payment, a portion of it is put into an escrow account. Depending upon your escrow disbursement schedule, your mortgage lender makes residential property tax payments, on your behalf, to the Prince George’s County Treasury Division.
